Maintenance Officer/Technician (Mon-Fri) Location: Tuas Salary: $2,000 – 2,300 (depending on experience) Transport provided at Joo Koon Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Lunch Hour 12 noon to 12.45 p.m. Tea Breaks 10am to 10.15am & 3pm to 3.15pm Upon Confirmation • AWS & Profit Sharing • Medical Insurance • Incentive Trip Responsibilities • Responsible for providing M&E maintenance support for the facilities in the office, laboratory and production floor including lighting and plumbing; • To liaise with contractors during preventive maintenance, equipment setup and ensure acceptable standard of work; • Carry out routine inspection to ensure smooth workflow of all equipment in production, laboratory and admin buildings; • Maintain good housekeeping and safety within the premises; • Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents: • Undertaking any minor repair/maintenance work within the premises. • Maintain and update the inventory of spare parts to support the operation of all equipment Requirements • Licensed Electrical worker or Licensed Plumber • Min NITEC, with preference in Mechatronics with hands-on working experience in a manufacturing environment in Singapore. • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities/Machinery) or equivalent • Self-motivated & able to work independently Kindly indicate your following details in your resume. 1.
