Mechanical Design Engineer/ Must have experience in designing for factories

Mechanical Design Engineer (Automation) Location: Admiralty Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm Salary: $2500-$3000 (can be higher depending on level of experience) Job Description • Provide conceptual as well as detailed design of various modules of automation line. • Design and integrate automation system such as XYZ Cartesian robot, 6 axis robot, conveyor etc. • Design jig & fixture for factory automation. • Design HMI graphic for new automation line. • Provide detailed engineering Specification to various departments in the company • Communicate with customer for design review and other related project matters • Work closely with project engineers in assembly, setup, troubleshooting and testing of equipment. • Create and maintain necessary Engineering documentation required for the project. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics. • At least 3-5 years experiences n solid works 3D software and AutoCAD drafting tools. • Able to work independently. • Ability to design equipment with mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems. • Willing to travel in the Asian Regions. • Extensive knowledge and experience in factory automation systems. • Good knowledge in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
